Russell Child Development Center (RCDC) is a community based not-for-profit organization. RCDC provides services to young children and their families in 19 Southwest Kansas Counties. They are the parent organization to four programs: Tiny-k Early Intervention Program, Building Blocks Project, Child & Adult Care Food Program, and Targeted Case Management. RCDC's main office is located in Garden City with satellite offices in Dodge City, Liberal, and Scott City.
