for our dealership in Scott City, Kansas.
American Implement is looking for a Detail Technician who will be responsible for ensuring equipment and machinery is washed, cleaned, and detailed to a standard that exceeds customer satisfaction requirements. Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and have a clean motor vehicle record. EOE.
COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time position with 45+ hours/week.
$16-20/hour depending on experience.
Eligible for overtime and quarterly incentive.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Wash, clean, and detail equipment and machinery prior to delivery to customer.
Operate pressure washers and a variety of other handheld tools.
Drive equipment and machines in dealership lot, plus some customer pick-ups and drop-offs.
Perform touch-up painting on equipment and machinery as necessary.
Follow production schedules and requirements for completion of assignments.
Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
Participate in all training programs as required by the Department Manager.
Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition and working order. Report and unsafe and inoperable tools, equipment, or vehicles to the Department Manager.
Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Provide professional and courteous service and present a positive and professional image of the company.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
