     SCDC is a 501(c)6 organization in good standing that reports to and is fully funded by the City of Scott City and Scott County Commission.  When advantageous, SCDC utilizes federal and state grant programs to access funds to ensure adequate loan pool funds are available to ultimately provide business loan financing for large-scale projects or business clients.  Collaboration across industry sectors, across cultures and across all ages of our people is key to Scott County’s success.        EEO Statement:  This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
