Patient Accounts Insurance Billing Clerk Responsibilities:
File insurance claims daily, using the editor, to send all finalized claims electronically or by paper.
Answer and resolve all insurance correspondence regarding claims as received daily.
Work acts reports to follow up on all claims that have been billed but not paid daily.
Help customers with billing questions regarding claims, claim payments, or account balances.
