We are looking for a results-driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in finance, employee recruitment and/or retail management.
Responsibilities
• Complete store administration.
• Schedule appliance repairs and deliveries.
• Order furniture and appliances.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff and/or customers.
• Additional store manager duties as needed.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
